Well BLOX

Well Site Control, Built to Start Simple and Grow

WELL SCADABLOX gives small and growing water systems a standardized way to control, monitor, and prepare their well site for future SCADA integration. Start with local control, connect to a tank, and expand into remote monitoring when the system is ready.

  • Designed for well site control and monitoring

  • Built for local operation and future remote connectivity

  • Pairs with TANK SCADABLOX for level-based well control

  • Ideal for HOAs, developers, CSDs, private systems, ranches, and small districts

A Standardized Control Panel for Well Sites

WELL SCADABLOX is designed to give water systems a reliable starting point for well control and monitoring. Instead of building every well site from scratch as a fully custom panel, WELL SCADABLOX provides a repeatable control platform that can be configured around common well site needs.

The panel is intended for systems that need better visibility, local control, alarms, and a path toward remote SCADA without committing to a large custom integration project from day one.

WELL SCADABLOX can support common well site functions such as:

  • Well pump run status

  • Pump fault monitoring

  • Local/auto control

  • Start/stop command capability

  • Flow meter monitoring

  • Pressure monitoring

  • Runtime tracking

  • Alarm indication

  • Local OIT display

  • Network-ready communication options

  • Future SCADA integration

Built to Work With Tank Level Control

In many water systems, the well does not run by itself. The tank level is what tells the well when water is needed. That is why WELL SCADABLOX is designed to work alongside TANK SCADABLOX.

The tank monitors storage level. When the level drops, the system can call the well to run. When the tank reaches the desired level, the well can stop. Together, WELL SCADABLOX and TANK SCADABLOX create the foundation of a small water control system.

Simple Process

  1. Tank level drops

  2. Tank calls the well to run

  3. WELL SCADABLOX starts and monitors the well

  4. Tank fills

  5. System stops the well when the target level is reached

Made for Small and Growing Water Systems

WELL BLOX is built for customers who need professional control and monitoring, but may not need or be ready for a fully custom SCADA project.

This makes it a strong fit for:

  • Developers

  • HOAs

  • Small CSDs

  • Tribal/reservation water systems

  • Private water companies

  • Ranches and agricultural sites

  • Mobile home parks

  • RV parks

  • Remote facilities

  • Small districts with limited SCADA

If your system depends on a well but still relies on manual checks, limited alarms, or basic controls, WELL SCADABLOX gives you a practical starting point.

Start Local. Expand Remote.

WELL SCADABLOX is designed to operate at the site level first. Operators can view well status, alarms, and basic control information locally from the panel’s OIT.

As the system grows, the panel can be connected into a larger network using communication methods such as Ethernet, radio, fiber, cellular, or other available infrastructure. This allows the customer to begin with one site and build toward remote monitoring, centralized alarms, and full SCADA over time.

  • Begin with local well control

  • Add tank level control

  • Connect sites through available communication infrastructure

  • Expand to additional SCADABLOX panels

  • Build toward centralized SCADA when ready

Many small water systems operate with limited visibility. Operators may need to physically visit the well site to confirm status, check faults, read meters, or verify whether the pump is running properly.

WELL SCADABLOX helps reduce that gap by giving the site a defined control point, local display, organized wiring, alarm capability, and a clear path to remote monitoring.

Problem: Manual site checks Solution: Local display and future remote visibility

Problem: Basic pump controls with limited feedback Solution: Organized well control and status monitoring

Problem: No clear path to SCADA Solution: Network-ready panel designed for future integration

Problem: Every site becomes a custom project Solution: Standardized panel design for repeatable deployment

Less Guesswork | Better Visibility | Cleaner Control

One Well Site Can Become a Complete System

WELL SCADABLOX is the starting point. As the water system grows, additional SCADABLOX panels can be added to support other site types.

Expansion List

  • TANK SCADABLOX for storage level monitoring and well call control

  • BOOSTER SCADABLOX for pressure boosting and pump control

  • PRV SCADABLOX for pressure reducing station monitoring and control

  • PUMP STATION SCADABLOX for lift stations or transfer pump applications

  • Additional WELL SCADABLOX panels for multi-well systems

Start with the core system. Add more control blocks as your infrastructure grows.

Built Around Practical Field Installation

Each WELL SCADABLOX panel is built around a clean, field-ready layout. Field signals are landed at labeled terminals, controls are organized around the well site application, and the panel includes the core hardware needed for local operation and future communication.

Possible Components

  • Industrial enclosure

  • PLC control hardware

  • Local OIT display

  • Managed/network switch

  • Terminal blocks for field wiring

  • Power supply and protection

  • Alarm/status wiring points

  • Communication-ready network layout

  • Site-specific labeling and documentation
