What It Is

SCADABLOX is a pre-engineered control panel platform designed to simplify remote site automation and SCADA integration. Each panel is built around a standardized PLC/OIT architecture with labeled terminal landing points, network-ready hardware, and site-specific programming for common water and wastewater applications.

Panels can be configured for pump stations, tanks, reservoirs, PRVs, lift stations, well sites, chemical feed systems, and other remote utility assets. The goal is to reduce custom design time, simplify field installation, and create a repeatable standard across multiple sites.

  • Standardized Hardware

  • Site-Specific Programming

  • SCADA-Ready Networking

How It Works

SCADABLOX is built around standard site packages. Select the package that matches your site, choose the available configuration options, install the panel in the field, and connect it into your SCADA network.

1. Select Your Site Package

Choose the SCADABLOX package that matches your application, such as a PRV site, pump station, tank, reservoir, lift station, well site, or remote monitoring site.

2. Choose the Site Configuration

Identify the equipment, instruments, alarms, status points, and control functions required for that location.

3. Install and Land Field Wiring

Each panel includes labeled terminal landing points and documentation showing where to terminate the site equipment and field signals.

4. Gain Local Control and SCADA Readiness

Use the OIT for local monitoring and control at the site, with the panel prepared for SCADA integration through Ethernet, radio, or fiber when connected to a larger system.

Why It Matters

Each SCADABLOX panel is built around a standardized controls architecture with the core hardware, wiring structure, programming, and network readiness needed for repeatable SCADA site integration.

Many water and wastewater districts need SCADA upgrades, but every remote site should not have to become a fully custom engineering project. SCADABLOX helps standardize the control panel, programming structure, wiring layout, and network approach so each site can be installed and integrated more consistently.

Operators get a familiar local interface at each site. Maintenance teams get cleaner wiring, labeling, and troubleshooting points. Managers get a scalable platform that can grow as additional sites are added to the system.

  • Reduces the amount of custom design and programming required for common site types.

  • Provides labeled terminal landing points and a standardized panel layout for installers and maintenance teams.

  • Creates a repeatable standard that can be used across multiple sites as the SCADA system expands.

Standard Site Packages

SCADABLOX panels are available as standard site packages for common water and wastewater applications. Each package is pre-engineered around a specific site type, with the PLC/OIT hardware, terminal layout, network hardware, and base programming prepared for that application.

PRV Site Panel

Prepared for pressure reducing valve sites with standard monitoring, control, alarm, and communication points.

Customers can select the package that matches their site, choose the required site size or I/O option, and add communication or control options as needed. Custom builds are also available for sites with unique equipment, advanced control requirements, or non-standard configurations.

Options

  • 1 PRV Site

  • 2 PRV Site

  • 3 PRV Site

  • Custom PRV Configuration

Pump Station Panel

Prepared for pump station control, local operator interface, alarms, status points, and SCADA integration.

Options

  • 1 Pump

  • 2 Pump

  • 3 Pump

  • Custom Pump Station Configuration

Tank / Reservoir Panel

Prepared for level monitoring, alarms, local display, communication hardware, and SCADA integration.

Options

  • Single Tank / Reservoir

  • Dual Tank / Reservoir

  • Custom Storage Site Configuration

Remote Monitoring Panel

Prepared for remote monitoring sites that require field signal landing, network communication, and SCADA visibility without full process control.

Options

  • Basic Monitoring

  • Expanded Monitoring

  • Custom Monitoring Configuration

Need a Custom Configuration?

For sites with unique equipment, additional I/O, special communication requirements, or advanced control logic, SCADABLOX can be configured as a custom build while still using the same standardized panel architecture.

Ready to Add SCADA Control to Your Next Site?

Select the SCADABLOX package that matches your site, and your panel will arrive with the control hardware, PLC/OIT programming, terminal layout, and documentation needed for field installation.

Each package includes clear wiring and landing documentation so installers know where to terminate site equipment and signals. Once installed and connected through the selected communication method, the site is prepared for SCADA monitoring and control.
